Terms and conditions
- No guarantees are provided with the Optimeyes service. Service is as described in the literature and on the web site.
- Whilst we will make every effort to ensure that all reporting systems are at all times available we cannot guarantee 100% uptime or reliability.
- As this service involves optimisation of a client's web site, upon completion of the work the client will be notified of such completion and it will be the responsibility of the client to ensure that all persons who have access to the web site update their files on their local systems to reflect the changes that have been made to the pages. Failure to ensure this may result in optimisation work being accidentally deleted for which we cannot be held responsible. In the event that such accidental deletion happens, we will retain copies of the work that we have done and make them available for reupload.
- Payments must be made before the service is provided. We reserve the right to carry out the work on the client's instructions without such payment being made and in such cases any invoices issued in respect of such work must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date.
- Failure to pay any invoices by the due date will result in interest charges being applied at the rate of 4% above Central Bank base rates.
